Every Friday we will post a new activity, workshop, or challenge that focuses on mental, physical, or cultural wellness.
Our goal is to promote WELLNESS. We want you to feel good physically, mentally, and culturally.
We worked with Sallumiut youth to create this program so NAKURMIIK to you for making this happen.
Our first activity will be on Friday February 11!
